Conditions of Play
1. 36 holes Foursomes Stableford, maximum handicap 60 combined, handicap allowance ½ combined. 2. Current handicap certificates must be produced before a competitor leaves the course at the close of the competition. Failure to do so will make a partnership ineligible for a prize. 3. Report to starter at least 5 mins before tee off time - failure to start on time is covered by Rule 6-3,and Rule 33-1 applies, if a player arrives at her starting point, ready to play, within five minutes after her starting time the penalty incurred will be two strokes. The Committee at its discretion will take into account any reported major traffic problems in the area. 4. Please allow plenty of time to get to the 10th tee. 5. Approved ball must be played. 6. A round of golf consists of 18 holes - order of play may be changed in the afternoon Rule 29. 7. Light lunch and evening meal provided. Coffee available on arrival and at lunchtime - cash sale. 8. All ties decided on a count back over 1, 2, 3, 4 17 & 18 holes 9. Tees for the day - RED MARKERS 10. The committee whose decision shall be final will settle any disputes. 11. A competitor withdrawing after the closing date must inform the organisers, Mrs Jane McGlashan Tel No. 01480 383858 Entry fees are non refundable after the closing date unless a substitute is found. 12. Competitors with caddies requiring catering must make their own arrangements with the host Golf Club Caterer at least 5 days before the event. 13. Buggies are only allowed on medical grounds. 14. Please try to avoid slow play, and remember to call the following group through if you are searching for a ball or having any difficulties. 15. Use of a Distance Measuring Device is not allowed.
