18 holes Medal for the Audrey Nicole Cup – the best net score.
Current handicap certificates must be produced before the completion of the competition. Failure to do so will make a player ineligible for a prize.
Report to the starter at least 5 minutes before tee off time. Late on the tee Rule 33-1 applies, “if a player is on the tee ready to play within 5 minutes of the original tee time a 2 stroke penalty will be applied.” The Committee will monitor any major traffic problems in the area and use its discretion in individual cases. Please allow 15 minutes to get to the 10th Tee.
Approved ball must be played.
Lunch is included in the entry fee. Coffee can be purchased on arrival. Breakfast can also be purchased and will be available from 8 am. Please allow extra time for this to be produced.
Locker keys are available from the Pro Shop for a refundable deposit of £5.
All ties decided on count back over the last 9, 6, 3 & 1 holes on the card.
Shirts must have collars. No jeans, leisure suits or combat trousers.
Tees for the day – RED MARKERS.
The Competition Committee will monitor the pace of play and will take action under the Rules of Golf if players are considered to be delaying play. It is the duty of every player to keep up with the game in front and not just ahead of the game behind.
The Committee whose decision shall be final will settle any disputes.
A competitor withdrawing after the closing date must inform the Organiser (Maureen Mansfield Tel: 01223 233033. Entry fees are not refundable after the closing date unless a substitute is found.
Competitors with caddies requiring catering must make their own arrangements with the organiser as above, at least 7 days before the event.
Buggies are only allowed on medical grounds.

It is permitted to use a Distance Only Measuring Device.
In the event of extreme weather conditions or course being unfit to play, the following signal will be used: 1 blast of the klaxon for suspension of play and 2 blasts for resumption.
