General Interclub Team Matchplay Conditions 2012
1. It is expected that all individual matches shall be played and every effort should be made to ensure this. No match may be conceded before the day of play and whole ties may not be conceded. 2. Players may shelter in bad weather and leave the course if necessary. If conditions allow, play should resume on the same day from the point of disruption. If resumption is impossible the results of completed matches stand but incomplete matches must be replayed over 18 holes. A club may alter its original team except that no player from a completed match may play. Captains shall be responsible for the decision to resume or call off play. Incomplete matches not replayed will be deemed null and void. 3. The Assistant Competition Secretary and the opposition should be informed when a buggy is to be used 4. All relevant General Competitions Conditions must be upheld.

The Grace Norman Trophy-Finals at a Neutral Course in last 2 weeks of July
1. Inter-Club Foursomes Knock-Out with a team consisting of "Three Pairs" (not necessarily the same players for each match) 2. A match shall be over 18 holes or to the conclusion of the match. If two or more games are halved at the end of 18 holes, those games shall continue until a match result is achieved (at least two of the three games must be won to decide the overall result) 3. Only Captains have the authority to call players in from a match still being played when overall result already settled from other matches. The result of the conceded match to be whatever the state of that match was at time of the concession 4. Handicap limit 30 actual per player, played off handicap, with 1/2 combined difference 5. No player may represent more than one Club 6. The draw for opponents shall also include a draw for home and away 7. Both teams shall be responsible for arranging the match in good time. No extensions will be allowed. If the home course is not available through bad weather, play to be on away course, and if neither are available, contact the Assistant County Competition Secretary to arrange a suitable venue 8. Results must be sent immediately after playing to the Assistant County Competitions Secretary. 9. The Grace Norman Trophy presented by Mr G Norman in 1965 awarded to overall winners 10. The Runners-Up Trophy presented by Mrs J Zarattini in 1995 awarded to losing finalists
